How do I reset my password?

To change your password, click the 'My Account' button or profile icon on the mobile app in top right-hand corner of your homepage.

The 'Details’ tab will be selected, please enter your new password in the 'New Password' box.

Enter your existing password in the 'Current Password' box.

Click ‘Save Changes’.

Please note, your password must contain:

• Minimum 8 characters
• At least one capital and one lower case letter
• At least one number
• At least one non alpha-numerical character e.g. ! * - /

To reset your password, please click on the reset password link. You’ll find this next to the email & password fields when you log in. You’ll need the email address associated with your account.

This will send a reset password link to your email. Just click on that link and enter your new password. 

After that, you can log in with your new password right away!
