My address isn't listed?

If you reside in the area included in this scheme, your address should be in our database.


Please double check you are entering the correct postcode. Please try entering it in different formats ie. with a space (NW2 4UA), without a space (NW24UA), and in capitals.


Please also scroll through the full list of addresses as your address maybe at the bottom. They are generally listed numerically or alphabetically but sometimes not.


If you are still unable to find your address, we sincerely apologise! We can add your address to our database after confirming with the local authority. This can occasionally occur with new constructions or converted apartments.


To request the addition of your address, please click register on the homepage and then select the 'Can't find your address' link. You will be prompted to provide your address and details. Once we have added your address to the database, we will create an account for you and send you an email.
